Turned back after 50 yards as drizzle increased, and after 5 mins in car set off again. By half way sun was out,Sophie, Emily and I hot. Nice picnic by lake, with cold wind (cabatic or whatever?) occasionally coming down mountain, then walk back down turining along river for first time after doing walk so many times, and so picturesque in valley. Most of it in first sunshine since we arrived, beautiful day and mountain colours
